I, a user of the website https://debussy.pro (the debussy.pro service), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to ИП Пучкин Вячеслав Витальевич (INN 590584994669, OGRNIP 319595800074701, address: г. Пермь, Пермский край, e-mail: debussy.pro@mail.ru; hereinafter — the operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.
Photos I upload (including those showing people); the browser code; account data (created and purchased photos, plan, invitations, published photos, likes, comments); VK ID or Yandex ID sign-in data (account number, name, link to the profile photo), if I sign in; the e-mail for the receipt; the e-mail, subject and text of messages I send via the “Write to the author” form; technical data (IP address, request time, browser name); website visit data collected by Yandex Metrica (cookies, actions on the website, browser and device information).
Providing the service under the public offer: creating and storing music, scores and videos from my photos; access to my photos and purchases; showing the photos, likes and comments I publish in the feed; payment and sending receipts; replying to my messages; security and reliability of the service; traffic statistics and improving the website.
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent and in the cases specified in the Personal data processing policy, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools.
To the acquiring bank TBank JSC — payment data and the e-mail for the receipt (without photos); to a hosting provider in Russia — to store the data on a server; to Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica) — website visit data for statistics. The photos I publish in the feed, my name and profile photo, my likes and comments are visible to all visitors of the website — by my decision. If I buy someone else's photo as a gift to its author, the author sees my name, and if the photo is in the feed, my name and profile photo are visible to everyone in its comments with a gift note; with the “Anonymous” option — “Anonymous” instead of the name and photo. If I make my profile public, my name, profile photo and photos will be visible to everyone via the profile link; a private profile is seen by the followers I approved. If someone remixes my photo, the comments to the remix will show my name with a link to my profile.
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The retention periods for specific data are given in the Policy. I can withdraw my consent by writing to debussy.pro@mail.ru or via the “Write to the author” form; after withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except for data it is obliged to keep by law (for example, payment information).
Consent is given by ticking “I give consent to the processing of personal data” when paying or sending a message via the “Write to the author” form, and by uploading a photo to the service.
